Very good
Liked: Location was convenient, near to train and bus station.
Disappointing for a Hilton
Liked: Pleasant reception staff.
Disliked: Hotel was tired. Our room was had chipped furniture. The valance around the bed was badly marked and hadn't been changed for weeks. You could see dirty water stains where it had been mopped against. The shower screen had black mould where it joined the bath side. We sat in the bar area on a grey settee which was full of crumbs down the sides. There was no one serving on the bar and it said ring for attention. After ringing 3 times we gave up and went to our room.
Good corporate style hotel, without any surprises
Liked: Good clean property nearby a supermarket, staff good and friendly. Was a one night stay due to cancelled train so no use of facilities.
Disliked: Not a lot of restaurants nearby by and a long way from the old town
Liked: Very Clean. Restaurant if you arrive late which is good. The room was cleaned to perfection.
Disliked: A little shabby. The cooked Breakfast was a bit cold. Bar was very expensive.
Check it out—you won't regret it
Liked: I really liked the room; the bed was comfortable, and the pillow and duvet were excellent. The staff were very pleasant, and the steak at the restaurant was very juicy and delicious.
Disliked: I ended up in a room right next to the elevator, so I could hear a bit of the coming and going and the elevator's "ding." I didn't notice it after I fell asleep, so it didn't bother me all that much.
Very comfortable, easy and friendly with all amenities met. Excellent value for money
Liked: My daughter and I have stayed several times while travelling between ibiza and France and every time the staff have been so wonderful and welcoming. The stay is always so comfortable, parking is incredibly convenient directly below the hotel and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, especially in the suite rooms. The breakfast is lovely and the 12pm check out is relaxed and stress free. Would highly recommend when passing through or staying in Girona. Thank you to all the excellent staff for always being so friendly, accommodating and personal.
