Exceptional
Liked: Location is superb. Just near the Granada cathedral.
Disliked: Services at breakfast and the front desk is a bit inefficient. However, I will still choose to stay here if I come back next time.
Liked: Best location and easy to go anywhere.
Liked: The hotel is right in the center of the city. The room was very big, clean, extremely comfortable.
Liked: Location near the cathedral was excellent as was the underground parking. Room was fine. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is a little sterile, more like a business hotel. Not much atmosphere. Breakfast is expensive when you consider you can step outside and find somewhere quite easily.
Liked: Property was spotless, room was cleaned and comfortable. Excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Romanitc Granada
Liked: My first option when i visit Granada again. Location cannot be better. However more things make the ultimate 10 rating. Cleaningness, staff proffesionalism and kindness, nice suggestions, comfy and big double bed. Excellent facilities overall. Big plus the parking space with a lift. Very convenient. Breakfast also is a plus, big variety. Overall a high quality 4 star hotel.
Disliked: Everything was good, i should have stayed one more night at least.
