  Really nice location, service minded people, good breakfast

  Liked: Location, customer service, breakfast and surroundings itself.

  Disliked: Air conditioning, bathroom was really old and needs maintenance, no ventilation at all.

  Good location for Alhambra Palace but a little too far out of town

  Liked: Hotel was close to Alhambra Palace

  Disliked: It was noisy, busy hotel but room was close to the lift and therefore stairs, noise from the busy lobby carried up to the 5th floor. Also the hotel offers an excursion to a flamenco show, avoid this! The venue has mild growing on the walls and the follow on tour is poor.

  Wonderful 3 nights!

  Liked: The Room was huge with a very large terrace looking down on Granada and with amazing views of the countryside around. Food was very good, buffet style.

  Disliked: The outdoor pool would have been lovely but it was freezing cold so I couldn't use it.
