Exceptional
Liked: Everything was great. The host was amazing and very accommodating. The house was in a very nice town, lovely, helpful people. House was very clean. Very easy to check in and check out. Check in time was 13:30 which was great
Beautiful village and stay
Liked: What a lovely house. Great beds, pillows. Aircon excellent which even cooled the bedrooms if doors open. Fabulous shower and bathroom. Zahara was a beautiful village with friendly people. Although many restaurants and bars were closed in the evening we found a fabulous one in easy walking distance from the house. Supermarket also had everything we needed for a few nights stay. The views from the castle and main village are stunning.. And I mean really stunning! Hosts were quick with any issues (1 minor one) and was rectified whilst we went to dinner. Checkin was easy with a key box and instructions sent beforehand. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Disliked: Bath towels small for us but they are normal size. We're just used to bath sheets. Only a personal opinion. An extra tea towel would be ideal for draining the dishes etc. A bath mat in the 2nd bathroom would also be handy as we used both for the number of guests staying. Very minor negatives and it would not put us off staying again. Note: the road is on the left, tight left up a slope. Street parking outside but a free car park over the road, easily walkable.
Great 4 bed flat in a stunning town
Liked: Location close to town centre. Easy to walk up to the castle. Very clean. Tasteful decoration. Sitting area. Parking in front of the door. Good sitting area. Amazing 4 bedrooms with double beds. Two bathrooms. A lovely cat who adopted us for the time of our stay:) (the cat must belong to one of the neighbours, so no worries if you have allergies, because access to the cat can be denied;)
Disliked: Quite a small Kitchen, so of you like cooking (like us) it is a tad challenging. Also no area to put wet dishes on - they have to be dried immediately. And instructions as to where to expose of full rubbish bags would be good. Last but not least: only Spanish channels on TV and no streaming options.
Would stay again!
Liked: Very clean. One room had a strong smell we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Otherwise perfectly clean. Parking! Two bathrooms. Lots of luggage storage. Great couches.
Disliked: Not far up to the church but very steep climb. Slower responses from host than other accommodation hosts. We took a few wrong turns to find the street even though there’s a picture attached. Streets are not labeled.
Liked: Overall, I liked everything. More details: a very large apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We stayed in March and got a very low price, which was much better than the quality we received. There is also a small terrace in front with a table, perfect for sitting and having a coffee. Great location with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sunset.
Pleasant stay
Liked: Clean and pleasant place in a convenient location. It had everything we needed as a family to enjoy our stay.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit didn’t manage to keep the place warm in the cold January temperatures. It was nice to have a wood fireplace but I don’t think there is any smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm. In addition, there seem to be a few different properties managed by the same people, and the property listed here does not in fact have any views (despite the description and photos).
