Very good
Liked: Great location as we were travelling from Andorra to Costa del Sol and needed a half way point, its,just off the motorway. Very quiet, which we appreciated
Disliked: Pillows were dreadful unsure why most hotels,offer such poor pillows! Matress was great.
Uneasy, unprofessional, noisy. Nice room
Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Check-in was complicated. No need for so much admin. Very disorganised. Long queue and no back up staff - even late at night. No signs to tell guests to be quiet in corridors leading to rooms. Really noisy people coming out of lifts and thinking they were on a high street going to their rooms when people are trying to sleep. Bad management.
Liked: Large room and beds, great terrace, we had the resteraunt to our self's in the evening. Excellent food and attentive staff.
Liked: The big parking space was definitely a plus! Great for people travelling by car, as it is very close to the main road and prevents from crossing the center of Madrid which is usually caotic.
