  Once checked in nice comfortable hotel but the check in is an experience I do not want to repeat

  Liked: Rooms very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good

  Disliked: We did arrive early and understandably had to wait for our rooms. However whilst we waited other guests were checking in - also early. Having arrived in extreme heat and travelling by motorbike this was a little annoying to say the least. There was no secure place for our luggage and although we asked if just one room could be made available for us to store luggage and change clothing, we had three booked, this was not possible. When we eventually were allocated our rooms the check in was painfully slow. I can honestly say I have never spent so long at check in.

  Liked: Room is clean, small pool, windows can be opened, comfy beds, working desk, nice breakfast, enough parking spots,

  Disliked: Aircondition is noisy, smelly air from aircon when one enters in the room, but does go away when venting

  Liked: The facilities, the small pool, the gym.

  Disliked: Staff at the front desk is not welcoming, they are polite but even that feels forced. It does not feel as a 4-star hotel at all. Generally speaking, they are not properly trained, including at the restaurant where I was served food two days in a row with bare hands and placed on the table, no plate, no tongs, from hand to table. That is very unhygienic. Gym needs air con and a sanitizer with paper towels to clean the machines after use. It seems like this place is run like a household, not a hotel...
