  Beautiful apartment and peaceful surroundings made for a lovely holiday

  Liked: Excellent location, fabulous apartment with everything we needed. The rooftop terrance was lovely, with stunning views across the countryside. The balcony overlooked the town and castle which was beautifully lit at night. Our hosts were amazing - even happy to reset the door lock remotely when we locked ourselves out the first night! Parking is available nearby for 2 euros per day (and you can leave the car overnight etc.).

  Disliked: Unfortunatley there was no air con in the bedrooms (but there were units in the kitchen and living room). This meant having to sleep with the window open and taking on the mosquitos! Also, please note that there are no grocery shops in the village and most restaurants tended to close early at the beginning of the week.

  Liked: The apartment was spectacular for us. Clean and comfortable in the centre of Guadalest. The view from the balcony was stunning. Also the municipal pool is just 3 min away it's a must, my children enjoyed spending time there. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you Esperanza for warm welcome and guidance.
