  Simple clean but cramped for 5 people

  Liked: Location was nice for being outside of San Sebastián and the fair.

  Disliked: The bed setup for 5 people is very tight so any longer than 3 nights would be difficult.

  Liked: Spacious and clean but fairly basic. Had hostel kind of vibes. Decent bus and trains into San Sebastián

  Disliked: The apartment block is behind some kind of factory so no outlook. Hernani is a small town about 20 mins by car or 30 by bus/train to centre of San Sebastián, convenient public transport but better if you have a car for flexibility.

  Great place to stay in Hernani

  Liked: Confort of the beds, excellent parking, huge elevator, clear instructions and friendliness of the host.

  Disliked: A power socket was missing its cover, leaving exposed metal parts. This is a safety concern, especially for children. As it is an easy fix, I hope it will be resolved promptly.

  Liked: Very unusual property, but interesting and the concept works pretty well. Rooms are huge since space in this warehouse is cheap - if you're okay with the industrial charme of the location and the access ways. Very comfy bed, kitchenette with fridge and freezer. Two AC units with heating functionality. Not sure if other guests can be heard at night, judging from the parking lot, I pretty much was alone during that night...?

  Disliked: Living room only has partial curtains, instructions for getting into the property and the key lockbox could be clearer. Super easy when you've figured it out and done once, but it's not immediately obvious. Unrelated to the room, but the access way has a serious change in elevation over the curb although it doesn't look like it; the suspension of my car bottomed out and I audibly scraped over the last bit of the curb stone...

  Lovely place!

  Liked: Great place with safe parking - comfortable beds and 10 mins drive from San Sebastian. Cafeteria and Lidl just few steps away. Also stadium track /kids parks closer to the location! Welcome chocolate also provided which my kids loved it!

  Not good enough

  Liked: Check in was easy. I was sent instructions on how to get in and what codes I needed. Space was enough for my family of 5. It was great having a kitchen and it was clean.

  Disliked: The moment we entered the building we could smell mold, a musty smell. Not pleasant. The room didn't smell clean. The smell was coming from the shower. They have issues with the plumbing I think. So to be honest the smell threw us off badly. The place was sufficient but the smell made it not comfortable. It seems it is an old building that was renovated. Just ok. I felt I spend too much money on this place for what it was. The beds werent that comfortable. The sofa bed was horrible. Super hard, old mattress. When someone goes to a hotel it is because most of the time we want to rest and have a good time. A good bed is basic!!!!
