  Highly recommended and well deserved for good reviews

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very attentive and did everything possible to make us comfortable. The property is very well equipped — even with detergents, cooking spices, and more — so it truly felt like home. There's a direct bus to San Sebastián city center, and the property has indoor parking. Thank you so much to the host for paying such close attention to our needs!

  Liked: The location was quite close to the center by car (10 minutes) or by bus(10-20 minutes), it was very quiet, had grocery stores around. The apartment had all facilities and the owner was very helpful. The sleeping capacity was 7, more than we thought but there are only 2 rooms. One of the rooms has 5 beds, it is thought of as a family room.

  An apartment 12 mins from San Sebastián

  Liked: Host seemed to appreciated suggestions and concerns we had with his property. The property was quiet at night so we could sleep well. The beds were comfortable. The generous coffee pods were appreciated. The main bedroom we thought was very comfortable. The air conditioning was very useful as it was very hot whilst we were there - low/mid 30s.

  Disliked: I was very disappointed with this property as I found the photos on booking.com to be too curated so as not to give an accurate description of this property. It was stated it was a 3 bedroom apartment which is the main reason I booked this apartment but it was only 2 bedroom. The upstairs area is more like a dormitory with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. The windows upstairs led to an indoor courtyard with a roof on the top so there was no fresh air and neighbours had their windows looking into this inner courtyard. There was a skylight in upper dormitory where the only fresh air could enter. The first night I was unable to sleep as the cleaners had used a highly perfumed cleaning products that caused me to have a quite severe headache all night. The smell was in the sheets, towels, floors - the whole apartment smelt. I have never encoutered this highly perfumed smell before. We took all the sheets and towels to local laundromat the next morning and cleaned the apartment to get rid of the smell and aired the apartment. I was able to sleep the following night without any headache. I have stayed in apartments for the previous 2 months and travelled extensively and never suffered from headaches before from cleaning products. I will attach some realistic photos so that you can see the apartment and base your booking on what you will find. At least you will have a clearer idea of what to expect. Usually I find with booking.com that the photos are quite realistic but not in this instance. We didn´t find the neighbourhood particulary conducive for a vacation setting. Again you will see photos and for some people this will not be an issue.

  We enjoyed the place and recommend it to others

  Liked: We are a family of five, place was good and comfortable. It is easy to take the bus to San Sebastian (aprox 15-20 mins ride) and there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is a quiet neighborhood, there are aircos in the sleeping rooms, which was needed in August.

  Disliked: Parking is available, still it is a small parking place, difficult to park. Recommend to ask for advice on how to park to the owner if you come with a car.
