Exceptional
Liked: Room size was good. Bixente was a good host and made us feel very welcome. The view from the elevated position of the hotel was stunning Breakfast was amazing

Liked: Our room was lovely and had a lovely terrace/balcony with a fabulous view over the bay towards France. Breakfast was great and served with the same fabulous view. Friendly staff. We'd go back, but make sure we can have dinner there too.
Disliked: We were disappointed to learn that the restaurant attached to the hotel was not open (closed Monday & Tuesdays apparently). It was a big reason for staying out of town as the restaurant had great reviews. Would've been good to know this when booking.
Liked: Beauriful room with a fantastic view across water with Hendaye beach in distance Fantastic breakfast served on balcony with stunning views and relaxing music in background. So peaceful
Disliked: We had no car so out of town and taxi ride needed. Worth it for us as we were staying one night only so we stayed on site and ate in the beautiful restaurant which was on site

Liked: A very nice and helpful host. A very good breakfast. Beautiful view of the ocean and the canal from the window, although the final drive to the hotel is about 400 meters steep. Comfortable large beds and a spacious room. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and the city is about a 25-minute walk away, and the wide, sandy beach is about 20 minutes walk away. Very good Wifi.
Liked: Beautiful sea views in a very quiet location. Host so helpful and breakfast amazing. Restaurant next door a real treat with home grown and local products served.
