Fabulous
Liked: The place was beautiful and spacious. Waking up to that view and having breakfast on the balcony was an incredible way to start the day. There were 7 of us and it felt like we all had plenty of space and there were 3 bathrooms! Beds and sofas were really comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Great value and wonderful location.
Disliked: It was quite noisy with people out til quite late on the street below. Also could have benefited from some Aircon as it was very hot when we stayed.
Great location and a beautiful view
Liked: Our group loved this apartment and the town. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment itself is very well appointed and easily accommodated our group Of 7.
Disliked: The included parking space was a bit tight however we did have a 9 seater van. A smaller car would have no trouble
Beautiful location but apartment needs some care
Liked: The location and the water views in the apartment were amazing. One of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom and fabulous views. Another bedroom did not have a view but had an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms had no view and a bathroom in the nearby hallway. The owner met us and we were able to check in a little early. She also graciously allowed us to check out a little late to coordinate with our taxi arrival.
Disliked: As other reviews have noted the apartment needs some repair and TLC. My bathroom had a towel warmer with so much rust you could hardly see the white of the rack (it was not usable obviously). The couch needs replacing and the entire place needs a remodel, especially for the price.

Liked: The view is fantastic & it is near restaurants and the town

Liked: The location right on the waterfront was great. The surrounding environment was also great. There were plenty of eatries close by.
Disliked: The foyer of the building was being renovated and we had to walk through this on every entry/exit, which is unsafe. This work also meant that the stairwell of the building was very dusty and there were some very loud noise during parts of the day. The apartment itself was OK but there were metal strips coming off the kitchen cupboards and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no tea towel supplied. although we finally found one in the washing machine when we went to use that. There was no powder or tablets for the dishwasher. Additional comments added next day and after looking at other reviews. I note all reviews from earlier this year have no comments - not sure if no comments made or site has deleted them. You be the judge! It is pretty apparent that with the keyless entry to this accommodation that you never see "landlord" face to face, which I think makes it easier to just not do anything to address issues raised in the reviews. My overall view is that it is a great location but substandard attention to cleaning and maintenance meant it wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been.
