Fabulous
Central comfortable hotel with lovely staff
Liked: Angie was wonderful on arrival, so helpful with explaining parking arrangements and allowing us to bring our car to reception to drop off our luggage. She also gave us an extra key and a map of the old town. In fact all the staff went out of their way to ensure we were supported and comfortable. Large, comfortable room and bed with huge memory foam pillow. Small fridge with complementary water, plenty of hooks for coats and places to put luggage and clothing. The bathroom was well-equipped, large fluffy towels, even had a rack for drying clothes. Blackout curtains. Good value breakfast. Excellent central but peaceful location.
Disliked: It would have been helpful to receive checkin instructions in advance, as it took a while to work out how to get in! Otherwise we were surprised that it is classed as a 1 star hotel. We've stayed at 2 and 3 star hotels that were not nearly as good as the Onyarbi.
Good for a night or too
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: It was a -1 level, with no real windows with view. Toilet didn't have ventilation. The entrance to the hotel is weird.
Liked: Great location, clean, easy to access, wifi works well.
Disliked: Its a bit loud as you hear the reception from our room.
Disliked: Nice if the room had a kettle, cups and tea / coffee
Disapointing staay as the hotel rooms are in an underground floor. Still though, centric place
Liked: I liked the location of the hotel, very close to the center.
Disliked: The room was on an underground floor, it smelt humit and there were only small windows with virws to the floor.
