  It was adequate

  Liked: We did not have the breakfast.

  Disliked: We prefer to cook for ourselves. The cooking facilities were poor. The WiFi was also poor, even after we bought into a supplemental package. The apartment needs an upgrade and an indept cleaning.

  Liked: This is a great location, a short walk from the beach. That's really the only good thing.

  Disliked: No reception on Sunday when I arrived. Labelled as an apartment for 4..but actually one room with fold out sofa and 2 kids bunks. No air con, and metal grill over window poorly maintained so let mosquitoes in. I've stayed in one star hotels better than this. Restaurant next door looks like it has been closed a while...and really this place needs closing down and refurbishment. Shame - great location.

  Liked: Amazing location

  Disliked: Very old furniture, beds were very uncomfortable and Im used to visiting low cost but this was too much-the kids bunk bed was literally behind the entrance door in a hallway - no windows, also there was no free parking and a day parking was quite expensive

  Disliked: The noise from the beds and our two internal doors were significant throughout the stay. Some oil would help to mute the doors. The bed sofa was far from comfortable, with its "s" shape.

  Had a wonderful time and the hotel really helped that to happen

  Liked: Right next to beach and shops and restaurants, people ans staff were lovely. Will definitely be coming back next year.

2 sets of towels are included. Final cleaning is included (except kitchen and dishes) for stays up to 6 nights

Supplementary towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site. Beds are made upon arrival.

Reception opening hours:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 09:00 until 12:00 and 15:00 until 18:00

Friday: 09:00 until 12:00 and 15:00 until 19:00

Saturday: 08:00 until 12:00 and 15:00 until 19:00

Sunday: 09:00 until 12:00.

In July and August, reception is open:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 08:00 until 12:00 and 15:00 until 19:00

Saturday: 08:00 until 13:00 and 14:00 and 20:00 Sunday: 08:00 until 12:00.

Reception is closed all day on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoon

For stays of 7 nights or more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodations before 10:00 on the day of departure.

For all other stays, guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodations at 11:00 on the day of departure.

For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that breakfast and bakery service have to be booked the day before and can not be delivered in the room.

Baby cot for baby under 2 years is available on request. Please note that maximum occupancy includes baby cots.

Preferential rates for the shuttle to Fontarrabia are available. The shuttle is located 98 feet away.
