Exceptional staff, great location
Liked: The property was outstanding and the staff exceptional. We really safely taken care of. Hondarribia is beautiful with its medieval town and port area just walking minutes from the property. San Sebastián is only about 30 minutes bus ride away.

Liked: This property is immaculate and very high end in its furnishing and it’s very well presented. The bed linen was top quality and there was even a Dyson hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was good, the place was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The location was good, not far to walk to the old town or the area with restaurants and bars and a few shops. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the hotel and would definitely go back.
Disliked: I was happy with the spa but if you are looking for a large spa then this one doesn't have a pool.

The hotel offers on-site parking spaces at a cost of €15 per day per vehicle, subject to availability and prior reservation. We also have a parking space with an electric vehicle charging point available by prior reservation. This parking space with an electric vehicle charging point incurs an additional charge of €15 per day, which is added to the parking space fee. This charge is a flat daily rate, regardless of the number of charges or charging time during the day. (Please note that these chargers are only compatible with European and American car models.)
Guests must show a valid identification document and a pre-authorization of €250 will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for possible damages.
Arrivals with more people than those confirmed and declared in the reservation confirmation (children included) will not be accepted. We do not have extra beds in any of the rooms, the maximum occupancy being that indicated in the reservation capacity.
In case of early departure, the accommodations will charge you the full amount of the stay.
Please note that the Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays for weekly rest. We request an "appointment" for the use of the Spa Circuit and treatments in order to guarantee availability upon arrival.
A deposit may be required at the property.
