Very good
Liked: A nice, homely apartment in a nice building. It was a good shower and 0 washing machine.
Disliked: The kitchen was badly equipped. There were only two frying pans and one saucepan (without a lid) We couldn't use the oven because there was nothing to put the food on. Also, we would have liked a kettle. The electrics were a bit eccentric and the batteries in the air con control had died. The link to online check in was very late. I understand the owner was ill so probably not her norm but it's always stressful if it's on a travelling day. I want to do it all calmly the day before. Once messaging moves to WhatsApp I don't have a translate facility. Without the owner's son phoning us and speaking English I don't think I would have understood that we needed to stand in the street and ring the door bell until she got it on her mobile and opened the door for us. The pillows were very hard

Liked: The hosts were excellent. They met me at a time to suit me to give me the keys and they allowed me to stay a couple of hours past noon, the normal check out time, because my train back to Seville didn't leave till 3pm. They were always only a Whatsapp message away and they checked to see if there was anything I wanted. This is truly a 3 bedroom property, not 2 bed with a pull out sofa. There is an air conditioner in every room except the kitchen. I barely needed it through my stay. The wi fi is excellent. There is a large screen tv but mostly I used my laptop to follow my usual shows. All rooms were clean and bright and got lots of sun through the day. There were 'persianas' on all the windows, the metal blinds that roll up and down at the pull of a cord, so you could adjust the amount of light in each room according to what you wanted eg. it was easy to black out a room to watch a video with no glare on the screen. The whole area and the whole building were very quiet at night, even on a week end. My sleep was not disturbed once. The mattress and pillows were firm, which for me is very comfortable. The neighbours which I occasionally bumped into in the lift were all friendly and smiley.
Disliked: I was there for a little over 3 weeks and because of the length of the stay I would have appreciated a few more bits and pieces of utensils for meal preparation, which I like to do from scratch with fresh ingredients. I could have asked but didn't because most people only stay for a short while and to ask them to buy things for only the occasional use didn't seem fair. I made a lot of salads instead! There are mosquitos around and about in February. I was bitten 4 times in just over 3 weeks while out and about. I come up in a big itchy bump so that's not pleasant. I was careful to leave windows open only a fraction to let in a little fresh air and was never bitten while in the flat.
