Exceptional
excellent location with construction noise the coming year
Liked: The location is excellent, very close to the town center, with a very good, private parking space. The apartment has a modern standard.
Disliked: The door code app did not work for the entrance door, and no one answered when we called the agency. After 20 minutes, a neighbor came and helped us in. When we mentioned this later to the host, he/she just wrote that there have been previous problems with this app:-( There is a huge construction site just next to the building, which is extremely noisy from 8 am to 9 pm. The bathroom next to the bedroom smelled badly from the drain, but this can be fixed. We did not use it. The apartment is very small and just suited for two people, even if it has four beds.
A good reason to visit Huelva again
Liked: Best place I’ve stayed in through booking.com in Europe. On top of top notch facilities in superlocation with secure private parking I especially enjoyed the very convenient ’check in’ process. All digital with entry code. Once ’inside’ tags available for entrance to building and apartment.
Disliked: Can honestly not think of anything.

Liked: the property has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Secure parking across the road and placed in the centre of town. Good heating. The property has the potential to rate very highly but has some glaring omissions which have been highlighted before.
Disliked: Kitchen equipment spare and inadequate eg, no scissors. Only two very small poor quality towels each and no were to dry them - purchased own bath towels. No basic foodstuffs. TV very small. Additionally the sliding doors to the terrace have been badly fitted and do not lock. Unusually, there is no shutter to drop and so the doors can be slid open from outside with ease - we reported to the management company but nothing happened. You need to read everything in detail to understand how to collect the keys.

Liked: Apartment was a reasonable size and in walking distance of the pedestrianised area of Huelva. The parking was a bonus. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The main bedroom was a good size. The other bedroom would be better for one as the bed is up against the wall.
Disliked: The en suite bathroom had dangerous lighting that was sparking and not turning on. We reported this. A video was demanded from us and someone came to look. Unfortunately they could not repair it until after we left, so the advertised 2 bathrooms became one. The washing machine was not working, and, as there was a typed notice on it saying so, had clearly not worked for some time. Again, an advertised feature not provided. The induction hob was somewhat temperamental, with no instruction leaflet left. Indeed, there was nothing in flat re equipment, or tourist info etc.
