Good
Liked: The location was spot on, and the host was really aproachable. The jacuzzi was a nice extra.
Disliked: The apartment was slightly decayed and the odor was like mold was building up. Potenttially the last tennants were smokers and we could still smell the smoke on arrival
A bit tired but great place
Liked: The location and the space were great. Also staff were very caring and accommodating.
Disliked: It's very tired. It must have been a lovely place once but the blinds rope was broken, the doors don't close properly and there are small details needing attention.
Exceptional
Liked: The location and the price
Passable
Liked: We liked the spa. All information about the location and entering the flat and garage was very clear
Disliked: The place was not clean and not very well equiped
Huelva!
Liked: Definitely the hot tub and sauna! The apartment had everything we needed. Fantastic! Great location near many restaurants and shops. Friendly staff at the nearby grocery store too.
Quite a basic place. Irresponsable and aggressive owner
Liked: Location and private garage.
Disliked: Would not use the word lujo to describe this property. It is a perfectly acceptable apartment, but it is looking very tired in areas. Previous occupants had apparently sabotaged the apartment and left a whole pane of glass in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately it was I who sliced a buttock and cut a toe on it. Not blaming the owner for this, but he was not interested in coming to see the extent of the damage and simply told me to call the police. I have decided to add to this review after reading the owners reply. I did not attempt to blackmail him with a threat of writing a poor review. I simply asked if we could have a refund or partial refund as we were not able to utilise all of the facilities. His correspondence has been aggressive throughout. One text telling me that there was thick scum around the jacuzzi bath after our stay. Hard to believe it was our 30min soak which caused this. If it had been cleaned before our stay, maybe the huge pain of glass would have been discovered. Just wish I had read more reviews on this property. Every time a customer makes a complaint or suggestion, the owner is extremely defensive and uninterested.
