Exceptional
Excellent
Liked: Staff and services were excellent. Thanks
Best place in town
Liked: Very nice renovation of this old factory. Rooms are beautiful, but a little complex to navigate... Great mattress and peaceful night! Very good restaurant within the hotel, worth the dinner (reasonably prices), with great choice of local wines.
Disliked: Bathroom a little too modern - washbasin not really easy to use and interesting bath/shower combination.
Very unique accommodation in quiet neighborhood. The staff were amazing with a special thanks to Agustin who was extreme
Liked: Very unique accommodation in quiet neighborhood. The staff were amazing with a special thanks to Agustin who was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also amazing and really affordable.
Disliked: Everything was amazing
Liked: Nos ha encantado la estancia. El hotel tiene una decoración muy original y el personal ha sido súper atento.
Very Challenging
Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Staff were hard to find/ unavailable at check in area. Hotel was hard to find/ had to enter through restaurant. Parking not included- provided parking was awful/ resulted in auto damage. Had odd shower set up and dirty sink.
Liked: Great service and food quality. Clara was super nice on our check-in and serving us with room service for dinner, which was delicious.
Disliked: Bathroom without a door (although I understand it's part of the room design, it lacks functionality, especially when travelling with a baby, which demands silence when sleeping, meaning the parents struggle to have a simple bath).
