Pleasant
Liked: Fantastic location, great swimming pool, comfortable flat.
Disliked: The flat was not left clean for us on arrival. One of the beds was clearly left undone from the previous occupants. We let the staff know who merely left us some clean bed sheets for us to change them ourselves. Also, we asked for help regarding how to operate the AC units in the room but the staff did not know any better. It’s a bit of a hassle to have to go all the way to island canela for check in and check out. It’s a shame because the flat is nice and has got a lot of potential, but it is poorly managed.
