Very good
Disliked: Not alot for the price
Was a great vacation, will come again
Liked: Pool, proximity to the beach, animators.
Disliked: Sent them 5 emails asking when would i be charged as booking info said anytime since feb. No response, ended up being charged on site. Wi-fi on room weak, no signal on balcony. There should be pizza cutters available for guests. You have to wait for the chefs to come and use their pizza's cutters, but since they are busy with 100 other things, no one waits for them and you have to cut pizzas with 1 tonsil and your hand, which is gross. But I guess they never saw that, even though there is pizza every lunch.
The hole area is a development made for the hordes
Liked: Access to the beach. The bar staff was attentive. Large bedrooms. No carpets (good if you have allergies).
Disliked: Make no mistake, the hole area is a development that will remind you of Miami, but not in a good way. It's made for the hordes of tourists and families that flock to that area. There is nothing really nearby with character and if you got there, you'll need your car for everything. The Hotel itself is huge, and luckly we were out of season peak. The front desk will make sure you remember that everything extra will be heavily charged: from parking inside (67€) to late checkout, towels etc. If that is your vibe, not a problem. Not coming back.

Liked: Great place to stay with the family, facilities and staff were great, 2nd time staying here and have enjoyed both stays can’t wait to go back.
Disliked: Very hard to find sun loungers as people seem to save them for the day, both times at the pool there were a lot of loungers with towels on them but no people.

Liked: The breakfast, the pool and the proximity to the beach were incredible. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The wait time for being checked in could be reduced.
Liked: Huge amount of services provided in making it a great price/quality ratio
Disliked: Breakfast could be a bit better, and would like to see scrambled eggs provided in a tray ratter then having to go to the chef 4-5 times to get scramble eggs for everyone. Bath shower cord way too short, if I come again I will buy a longer one for 5€ and install it myself. The nearby beach not bad, but not great great either, black sand mixed.
