Great place for a quite retreat, at the foot of the trail to the Monestary

Liked: Wonderful Hotel. Worth a couple nights stay.

Disliked: Dinner options are limited if you are a vegetarian

Verdict: A gorgeous historic stay with superb food. If you don't mind a few flies on the terrace, it

Liked: Location & Atmosphere: Set in a beautiful, historic ancient village. The atmosphere is incredibly charming and authentic, making you feel like you've stepped back in time. Food & Dining: The local cuisine was absolutely excellent! The food was a major highlight of our stay here. Room Comfort: Although the rooms do not have air conditioning, heat was not an issue at all. We opened the window shutters right after we arrived, which kept the room pleasantly cool.

Disliked: One Minor Downside: While dining on the terrace, we were bothered by dozens of flies. We aren't sure if this is typical for the area or just a seasonal thing, but it did take away a bit of comfort from an otherwise great outdoor dinner.

Nice hotel if you can find it

Liked: Good location; incredible view of the old church from room

Disliked: Location shown in the map in the booking.com confirmation is WAY off. I followed that location and trekked up the hill after an exceedingly long day on the Camino, only to find the hotel wasn’t there. Extremely frustrating. Had to WhatsApp-called the manager to ask for direction. Name of the property on the sign doesn’t match the name on booking.com, which added to the confusion. Also very disappointing was the complete lack of vegetarian options (other than the regular mixed salad) on the menu at the restaurant.

Liked: The location was perfect and the view from our balcony beautiful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The building was charming and rustic. Good strong shower.

Disliked: The breakfast was typically Spanish and perfectly adequate but we would have liked some cereal and fruit as it was bread and cake so quite heavy. The hotel was charming but rooms were small. Bathroom adequate for me but my husband is very tall and was unable to move in the shower cubicle.
