Very good
Good quality hotel in city centre
Liked: A well situated hotel about a 10 minute walk from the main square. There is private parking available in the basement which I took advantage of as your vehicle is more secure and it makes it easier to transport your luggage to your room via the lift. There are plenty of cheap bars within easy walking distance of the hotel and the area has a good vibe to it. Breakfast next morning was excellent with a good choice of both hot and cold food
Convenient, clean, kind staff
Liked: This is more like a 3 star hotel, though overall clean and polite staff. The rooms are very spacious and it’s in a convenient area of Jaca. While the spa wasn’t fancy, it was nice to have after a long day of hiking. The free breakfast has a wide variety of offerings. Not the most delicious but it’s better than most free hotel breakfasts. Alfredo at the front desk is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. He should get a raise.
Disliked: It’s dated in the decor, not a lot of charm to it.

Liked: Great, helpfully, food facilities, secure parking no complaints

Only a one night stop over so nothing to dramatic to report
Liked: Room was spacious except toilet was snug between the wall and the shower glass. Car parking space allocated although cost extra. Decent value for money.
Disliked: Wi Fi was slow to initialise but was not too bad once connected. Vending machine in reception took money but did not give out goods. Reception told me it is not their machine so not to use it. I pressed cancel but dont know if refund was given yet as i used my card. Bar cafe was very busy and seemed understaffed. After waiting ages without being served i went out to a bar across the road and got served straight away.
Lovely hotel with great location,friendly staff and good parking surrounded by restaurants and bars
Liked: Great place to stay to explore the Pyrenees on a motorcycle. Garage parking, nice breakfast and plenty of bars restaurants close by to chose from or eat at the Hotel. Friendly staff and large clean room.
Disliked: Everything was as we wanted
