  No heat, no kettle, no tea, no iron, no hot water. At least they upgraded my room but it was double work for me. Tiring

  Liked: The pool was clean and as described. The staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean.

  Disliked: No hot shower in the pool area. No changing space, only the bathroom where is cold.

  Dusappointing stay for our anniversary

  Liked: Large hotel good location. Lovely staff at reception.

  Disliked: We were bitterly disappointed that on our arrival we were told that the heated indoor pool was closed. This was our main reason for booking this hotel. It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we picked this hotel so we could enjoy the pool and relax. Why weren’t we informed that the advertised heated pool was closed having stated in the hotel information that the pool was open every day of the year from 11-8pm. Spoilt our weekend. Secondary issues. Little plastic cups in the rooms to use for tea/coffee. China cups would be preferred. No international news channel on the TV. We never complain but feel we have to on this occasion.

  Nice hotel in Jaen City Centre

  Liked: The room was a good size. Clean and all we needed. I had to open the windows as the AC wasn't cooling it down enough. It was very noisy outside but that is normal for the location. We still managed to sleep. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.

  Disliked: The garage was closed and we have a car so had to find parking outside.
