  Nice private room on top of the famous restaurant

  Liked: Very convenient closed to the natural swimming pool. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff.

  Disliked: Difficult to park in the high season. No windows to open in the room or bathroom. No shower, only bath tub

  A quiet stay in rural surroundings

  Liked: It was a simple, small hotel, surrounded by greenery and well placed for visiting the Monastery of Yuste and the villages of The Vera. Obviously it mustn't be judged by the standards of large establishments with a lot of facilites.The staff were very welcoming and despite our limited Spanish and their limited English we managed to understand each other.

  Disliked: For some reason there was only a very limited dinner menu on the night we were there and it was rather difficult to put a meal together.
