  Dated and noisy

  Liked: Location was central, parking was easy, keys pickup and drop-off was straightforward.

  Disliked: The room is dated. There is a foul smell in the bathroom. No plugs near the beds. A lot of noise (cars, TV, people) from outside during the night and early morning.

  Liked: Nothing really.

  Disliked: I was the ground floor apartment. If you get that run, it will give you depression from the lack of usable windows. (There is one but it looks right on the street so had to keep it closed. The location is sort of ok, but I walked passed like 15 hotels and apartments for rent just on the one street, so not that great. It's furnished with only the cheapest things IKEA offers. Also if you think you got tinnitus you didn't it's just the extremely loud fridge. Only book if there is no other possible alternative.

  A very enjoable stay in pleasant surroundings

  Liked: Handy location for Vall Gran Rey but out of the tourist hub (we found the best restaurants in La Calera which were easy to walk to. If no car bus stops to link rest of the island and down to Val Gran Rey are just outside. The pool area with lovely views made for a good relaxing area (but water too cold in January). Hector was a friendly host. The studio apartment was clean, well appointed and suited our needs perfectly.

  Disliked: We decided to cook the he first evening which was was unusually cold. Given the normal temperatures, there was no heating in the studio which meant we had a rather miserable first evening sitting in the cold. Perhaps they could have fan heaters available and charge if more than a certain amount of electricity is used? the rest of the evenings the temperature was fine - though we decided to eat out for most remaining evenings.
