  Gives more than you expect

  Liked: We needed a simple one-night stay near the port to catch the morning ferry, and this place was actually better than expected, and we could easily imagine staying more nights - liked the kitchen facilities, the overall equipment, and the possibility of short-term stays.

  Disliked: You may consider that for a family with a smaller child, it is a bit longer walk to the centre / beach / playground. Parking your car nearby seems like luck, but there are many spaces a bit further away. If the neighbours were noisier, it could be annoying.

  Clean and spacious but very cold

  Liked: Very clean and spacious

  Disliked: Only one blanket in the entire apartment and no heater meant we had a very unpleasant, cold overnight stay in such a huge storm. Big water puddles on 2 floor levels made it quite unsafe walking around

  Good value apartment with all basic requirements

  Liked: The apartment was clean. There was a beautiful view of the harbour.

  Disliked: There were a lot of steps on the streets leading up to the building.

  Decent stay for short budget stay

  Liked: The accommodation was conveniently close to the city centre, with good shower pressure and a moka coffee maker, which was a nice touch. Self check-in was smooth and quick, and the flat was generally clean. The area was quiet with no night noise, and the beds were comfortable enough for a short stay, though there were no mattress or pillow protectors.

  Disliked: On the downside, the place was very hard to find, parking nearby was almost impossible, and the amenities were quite basic. The toilet had a strong unpleasant smell, and the flat got extremely hot — even with the windows open and ventilators provided, there wasn't any airflow. Overall, it’s decent for a short budget stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a long weekend, as it feels a bit pricey for what’s offered.

  Logistically good but probably wouldn’t stay again

  Liked: Location was good, check in was v simple. Had a balcony.

  Disliked: Bathroom was quite dirty…lots of hair on the floor. Also, lots of ants. Appliances were old and there were some dodgy looking plug sockets too
