  Haven't of tranquility

  Liked: My favourite time was the morning when I would have coffee on my terrace with nobody else around and watch the sunrise over Tenerife. Just magical! The apartments are a good size with a rustic feel. The cats are great! The people who ran it were lovely. Parking is available just outside. The staff are lovely.

  Disliked: The footsteps from the room above were noisy. I would choose an upper apartment next time.

  A good choice close to airport

  Liked: We stayed in apartment 9 which was on the upper floor and had great views from the balcony out to sea and over to the volcano on Tenerife. Lovely and cosy, but also spacious apartment, really clean and comfortable. It was so peaceful as well. Other reviews have commented about lack of soundproofing between apartments, but our experience was that this actually made people more considerate of their neighbours. The area itself was quiet too, with a nice supermarket within a 5 minute walk (nice pastries in the morning), or a 10 minute walk down into town (steep on the way back up!) We are keen walkers and also walked to and from the airport, approx 1km on road and footpath. The pool and pool area was really well kept, with plenty of loungers.

  Peaceful, beautiful and very relaxing

  Liked: Beautiful sea views, very quiet, adults only, very comfortable, well equipped, warm, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, nice gardens, feels very away from it all.

  Disliked: The only way to the nearest restaurants etc is either down a steep cliff path or by car/taxi. The cleaning staff were quite noisy. Final travel is by ferry which can be quite choppy.
