  Very comfortable apartment in great location

  Liked: Fabulous location in Vallehermoso - central for parking and shops. Really comfortable and well presented apartment with a wonderful bed and the best memory foam pillows too! Good internet 300mbps.

  Disliked: On arrival there was no toilet paper. A small mistake but it took 15 hours for them to even acknowledge multiple messages about the issue. So communication is not great. Parking is difficult in the middle of the day but much easier in the evening. Inadequate clothes drying facilities - needs an indoor rack. Bedrooms are tiny.

  Great property but almost no WiFi and mobile signal

  Liked: Clean, spacious, central location.

  Disliked: The main issue was the almost complete lack of WiFi. For whatever reason, the router is in a different apartment (only the WiFi extender is in the apartment). To make things worse, you can’t even rely on your internet data since there is hardly any signal. No point to raise this issue with the host because, according to the previous reviews, the WiFi has been a well known problem since, at least, August 2024. As a comparison, we went to a restaurant not far from the apartment and their WiFi was super fast (370 mbps) so internet does work properly in the area.

  Liked: The apartment is exceptionally clean, decorated with wonderful taste and attention to details. A truly beautiful apartment.

  Disliked: The wi-fi is extremely bad, it almost never works, even in the area where we were told it would work.
