  Fabulous little house in a great location

  Liked: Gorgeous little house in a great location - right on the GR131 trail so perfect for our hike. Lovely garden. The weather was cold when we stayed but the house was really cosy and there's plenty of space inside so it's very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. There is a really good restaurant only 5 minutes walk away so we didn't cook. Communication from the hosts was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

  Disliked: The mattress on the bed sloped a little towards the middle but was still comfortable.

  Liked: Close to the center of Las Hayas, we spent a lovely and cozy evening in the house where we found everything we needed. Karen and Wolfgang gave us a warm welcome and were very responsive. The inside and the garden are so beautiful! We highly recommend!

  It was a beautiful stay, great for cooking and being in the nature, fantastic hikes starting right in your garden

  Liked: First we had a warm welcome by Karin and Wolfgang, who showed us the property. Its really beautiful and the view is amazing. It offers space for 4 people and the kitchen is very well equipped, so cooking was great fun. Its located very well for longer hikes, we started off with a 1 hour loop starting right in the garden of casa tara, it was a very scenic evening/sunset route. The only thing we might regret is staying only 2 nights.

  Positive, creative, cozy, and zen place to explore a beautiful location

  Liked: I stayed here with my partner for two nights while visiting La Gomera. We stayed in the tiny house, which is plenty of space for two people (sleeping together) and with an equipped kitchen to prepare meals (however, there are restaurants that aren't far away by car). It is located essentially in/next to the Parque Nacional de Garajonay. While we arrived by car, which was useful for exploring the area (which by the way, the roads around La Gomera are suprisingly nice!) it would also be possible to arrive on foot as the location is at the intersection of some hiking trails. During our stay, it was mostly cloudly around our place however the sun was usually a 25 min drive away down the mountain and easy to find, so we could choose the weather and area we wanted and explored all around the island by car. However, I really loved this place due to the hosts - they were excellent, responsive and kind, and best of all - they really take great care of this place and it is very beautiful. I was impressed by the cleanliness, it was in very good condition. They have created a really artistic and cozy space, abound with many personal touches that make it a pleasure to stay inside! I would have loved to stay longer and hope to come back someday, hopefully next time, by foot! Thank you to the hosts for creating some a lovely space to enjoy this beautiful area. Would recommend 10/10

  Superb and inspiring stay!

  Liked: Great little cabin with everything you need in an eco minded atmosphere. Hosts were really nice and helpful, we had some great talks and a good coffee. They took their time to give us lots of recommendations and information.

  Disliked: The location is a little colder than at the seaside, so be prepared to pack an extra sweater.
