  The perfect place to unwind

  Liked: Chijere Faro del Ingles is the sort of place you don't want to review too favourably in case you can't get another booking there... or the price goes up! Wonderful location; off-road parking; good wifi; spacious, private, well-equipped apartment; delightful concierge Jacqueline: we hope to return for sure.

  Disliked: A couple more tea mugs would have been useful. A TV with an hdmi socket so you can bring your own streaming devices ditto. But really, these are minor things that did not detract from a perfect stay.

  Great appartment at perfect location

  Liked: I loved everything about this place! The appartment was spacious and very clean. As a woman travelling alone I'm always very picky but here I felt so at ease. Beautiful terrace with sea view. Personnel and host friendly and helpfull. Location perfect. 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Private parking I will definately come back!

  Great Location and well equipped apartment

  Liked: Well equipped apartment which is located right next to the sea with fabulous views of the sea. We found the apartment very quiet and we were not disturbed by the neighbours. The complex sent us information on how to enter the small complex and apartment on the day and there was a remote for the parking gate inside the apartment. There was plenty of parking in their private car park. The bedding and towels were changed after 2 days and the apartment was in a very clean condition throughout our stay. The staff We saw were vert helpful and friendly. It is located on a short walk from a Spar supermarket and several nice restaurants nearby. Valle Gran Rey is basically split into 2 parts with the area we stayed on one side and the other half near a small port with various boat trips available and some more restaurants. It was about a 30 minute walk from the apartment to the port or a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay in these apartments again if we visit la gomera in the future. In our opinion, having driven all over the island, Valle Gran Rey is the best location to stay particularly compared to San Sebastian which has a city feel where Valle Gran Rey has a village vibe.

  Disliked: we had some issues with the outside keypad to enter the complex but as soon as we mentioned this they supplied us a key to the gate.

  Amazing views and tranquil environment and close to everything

  Liked: Location, Cleanliness, Staff Super, Noise free and hassle free

  Disliked: Could not find fault with this property. Have stayed here a number of times and will stay here again.
