  Nice location up on the mountains when there’s no storm, just aware of humidity

  Liked: It was cozy and close to a nice restaurant. They gave us some coffee and tea as well. Bed and pillows were really comfortable.

  Disliked: The room was a little humid and we found many earthworms everywhere but maybe it was just because the big storm those days.

  Simple, in a perfect location

  Liked: The location, rooms and silence was great. During the cols period we were here the appartement was warm and enough blankets were present. It was basic but had everything we needed.

  Disliked: The rooms were not perfectly clean (we found a crisp and a food wrapper on the ground).

  Good location for serious walkers, far from main resorts/towns. Car required to navigate the island

  Liked: Well sized accomodation, cleaned and towels/bed linen changed regularly.

  Disliked: Owner's attitude was confrontational when we had an issue with a door key that broke in a stiff lock. He wanted to charge us €80 to replace the lock, when we had removed the broken key and it simply needed a replacement key. Kitchen hob in property was inadequate for home cooking. No hot water in bathroom sink.

  Great mountain stay for hiking and super restaurant

  Liked: Great location in Las Hayas - very near the Jardin Las Hayas restaurant. Our particular house had a great sun terrace to sit on until sunset. The house itself had everything we needed for a couple of days’ hiking. The vegetarian restaurant was excellent - truly fantastic puddings and a great breakfast. Super helpful staff.

Good to know

The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.

Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival by contacting the property and informing them of their flight details. Contact details for the complex appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.

Towels are changed and dustbins are emptied every 3 days. Bed linen is changed and full apartment cleaning takes place once a week.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 20.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A deposit may be required at the property.
