  This place is great value for money

  Liked: The best feature of this apartment is definitely its location, right in Plaza del Charco and within walking distance of everything. Free parking is available nearby, although it can get a bit tricky finding a spot at times. The apartment was clean and modern, and it looked exactly like the pictures, spacious enough with a huge wardrobe and the basics you might need for a short/medium stay. This place is great value for money given its location and amenities.” Our host was always very helpful and assisted us with all requests, and was always very quick to respond.

  Disliked: Although we really appreciated the fancy latest Nespresso machine, I think it may not be the best option for a short-term stay, as you cannot find compatible capsules anywhere nearby. The only place you can get them is at the Nespresso boutique in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. That being said, the host was very helpful and kind and provided us with extra pods upon request until we were albe to get them in Santa Cruz.

  Not a good week

  Liked: The property is in a great location and is spacious.

  Disliked: The air quality was horrible. I ended up sick with respiratory problems. Perhaps it was from the on-going construction. I spent the week significantly sick. The wifi speed of 48 mbps was adequate. There was plenty of hot water for one person but not for two people to shower in a row.

  Liked: It looks as beautiful as shown in the pictures. In the heart of the city and quiet at night. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You get a well equiped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable lights in different versions to choose. Wifi and TV worked perfectly. We loved it:-)

  We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment

  Liked: The location was fantastic, very central yet quiet. The apartment is really comfortable and well-equipped. Access is straightforward via a smartphone. The host responded to all messages very quickly.

  Disliked: Our only very minor recommendation is that it would be good if some basics were supplied, e.g. more than one dishwasher tablet and clothes detergent sachet, salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, a few capsules for the coffee maker etc.
