  Don’t go unless essential. Not a relaxing stay

  Liked: Location and staff was the only good thing

  Disliked: Everything needed replacing. Terrible mattresses, broken fridge, toilet didn’t flush properly. Everything very old and tired. Carpets in hallway totally thread bare.

  Liked: First of all, the facility was exceptionally clean. They changed our towels and bed linen regularly, and even made our bed. The staff is always friendly and smiling and ready to help, from the cleaning lady to the people at the reception. All the best. The location is excellent. The price is very reasonable, we will definitely come back! The city is beautiful and has a lot of amenities. We didn't use the breakfast services and the pool so we don't know anything about that part. Great recommendation!

  Happy times

  Liked: The location is perfect central to all our favourite swimming spots bars and restaurants 😊

  Liked: Good localisation in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, but one must be aware the lack of parking spots anywhere in the city center.

  Disliked: There wasn't any hot water in the hotel due to breakdown. As compensation we were offered posibilty to take showers in the other hotel of the chain(about 15min walk away) and free half-board meals(the food was not good). The hotel is old, all things inside seem used out and dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. I would not recomend this hotel.

  I had a very good stay and highly recommend it

  Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The flexible hours and spacious room were a huge plus. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

  Disliked: The shower was a bit disappointing, flooding everywhere. The toilet flush was decent though. The pool is a bit small at 1.40m deep and only 15m² in size. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit. Parking is tricky but you have to choose between a good spot and being able to park on the island.
