  Rooms and cleanliness acceptable. Breakfast a disgrace

  Liked: The rooms were clean

  Disliked: Breakfast was not acceptable. The supposedly hot food (bacon beans and"chips") were cold. The fresh fruit consisted of 1/2 of kiwi fruit and segmented oranges. Both not being peeled. The coffee was one of the worst I have ever tasted. The lift system was a joke. Having to queue with up to a dozen people waiting for a lift is not OK. Only three of the very small lifts we working. We were on the 9th floor and frequently descended by the stair case as the lift didn't arrive.

  Liked: Great location. Private parking was quite narrow though, but good overall. Garage was easily accessible from within the hotel

  Grateful for a last min bed but wouldn't go back again

  Liked: It was a last minute booking so grateful for a room.

  Disliked: Check in was v slow and not friendly One of the bedrooms smelt terrible of drains Bathroom was dirty and toilet tolls dispenser broken.
