  Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Some technical issues regarding the pool were immediately tackled by a professional and there was a technician checking on us on the next day if everything is working now.

  Disliked: The home was not heated on our arrival. Pool didn't heat repeatedly and needed to be fixed by a technician, but the host was helping immediately and in a very friendly manner.

  Great nature lots of trees big area very nice view from window and it’s very privacy

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Finca Oscar Burchard in Orotava. Even though it rained most days, we really enjoyed the warm jacuzzi and the cozy fireplace. The location is excellent - perfect as a starting point for hikes or exploring the island - and conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants. The finca is well equipped, very big, very well planted and the bed was really comfortable. Communication was very smooth and reliable. Highly recommended!
