  Comfortable for short stay

  Liked: Excellent location, plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants/shops close by. Lift to all floors. 2 small balconies. Could see the sea from one balcony. Soap in bathroom. Washing up liquid in kitchen. Plenty of hangers, wardrobe and drawer space. Quiet once doors closed. Quick response from company.

  Disliked: Occasional drain smell. Blackout blind in lounge had to be manually rolled up. Needed some smaller tumblers, there was only one large tumbler and 3 large stemmed wine glasses. Needs some sort of cooking dish for oven cooking.

  Liked: The whole apartment was lovely.

  Disliked: Just the bar underneath was a bit too noisy on a night and also the fan provided didn't really blow any air out even on full but other then that absolutely nothing else

  Could do better

  Liked: I liked the location ans ease of access to the property using the code. The code was the same for the front door and the apartment door, which was handy.

  Disliked: There appears to be little in the way of soundproofing in this building. Footfall, door slams and the sound of furniture being dragged across floors and balconies resonated through the building. Then there can be issues with external noise from the street below. I was located on the first floor, above the bars. There was socialising ongoing till around 3 this morning.. i got little sleep as I had to catch an early fiight. I have absolutely no difficulty with people enjoying themselves on holidays. Surely double or triple glazing of windows is a basic requirement whan a holiday rental shares space with a bar.

  Liked: Clean, modern, close to the shops and restaurants.

  Disliked: No air-co, just a loud fan with which it is impossible to sleep. If to open the window you get lots of noise till late night, so also hard to sleep. Terrible small pillows. Nothing welcoming, only some soap and toilet paper, even no a bottle of water in the fridge or tea/coffee. The beach next to the apartment looks good on photos, but is pretty dirty, with lots of rocks. To sweam, or even get into the water normally you have to walk 20 min.

  Disliked: The appartment was not clean. Hair in the sink and in the drawer, dirty dishes. The shower was leaking.

  Wonderful stay with an amazing terrace and perfect location

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay in the Penthouse Apartment and would highly recommend it! The apartment is in a fantastic location, especially if you want to explore the northern part of Tenerife. Puerto de la Cruz is a great base for visiting many of the island’s highlights, including Anaga, Teide, Playa de Las Teresitas, San Cristóbal de La Laguna and the charming nearby towns. One of the things we loved most about the apartment was the huge private terrace, equipped with sun loungers, a table and even an outdoor shower. The terrace also offers a beautiful view and is a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The property management was also excellent: we received all the necessary information before and during our stay, and they were always available and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tenerife, especially if you are looking for a comfortable and spacious place in a convenient location.
