  Greate location

  Liked: The apartment was nice and clean. The location is as described.

  Disliked: As described, keep in mind that it’s not close to the beach or the town centre, so you need a car.

  Puerto del a cruz

  Liked: The staff was exceptional. The apartment was clean but there is no AC. But there are two fans that help alot so it was no issue. The view from the balcony is towards the mountains and mount Teide greets you every morning. There is a gym and a pool. Also there is a parking spot in the garage. I recommend to have a car especially if people have difficulty walking. There is only 15-20 min walk downtown and to the beaches. It only costs around 5-6 euros to take a taxi if needed. Location is overall good. We went for long walks and I could go hiking from the apartment. Also a short drive to the supermarket and to the freeway if you want to explore the island. Ingrid helped us alot and gave us recommendations regarding shops and hikes, interesting places to see and Caroline welcomed us on arrival and showed us everything regarding the facilities. So nothing but positive experience and I can highly recommend this place for a relaxing enjoyable holiday in a really beautiful area with lots of things to do and explore.

  Disliked: Keep in mind there is an descend to the beaches and a good exercise for people if you walk alot. Some would find this location a bit far from the main tourist attractions but for us that was exactly what we needed

  Liked: The checking in process was very good, they contact you on whatsap or you corespond through emails on the day to check if everything is ok and ask for your estimated arrival. If you check in after 7pm there is a 20 euro charge but was happy to pay, as Christopher had to drive back to work just to show us all the amenities. The free secure parking is a real bonuses.

  Disliked: Some of the lights, such as the bedroom main light didn't work... not sure if it was designed like that as a lot of the other lights had led strip lights for mood lighting or just night lights.
