  One fo the best places I've been to in Tenerife if looking for a spacious apartment

  Liked: Great place for a family holiday. Good internet, awesome kitchen and comfortable beds.

  Disliked: The pool only had 18 degrees Celcius which was way to cold for a swim. I don't quite understand how such a big owner comunity can't afford to warm up the pool to a minimum. Too bad, as we were really looking forward to using it, but couldn't in the end.

  Liked: It was a very comfortable stay and you have all the basic necessities including a TV, washing machine and dish washer. We also cooked in the apartment a lot and they had everything you need to do so. Our favourite part of the apartment was the balcony. Since it was very big, you can have your whole family sit outside to dine whilst enjoying the sun. It is always good to stay in an apartment that looked exactly like the photos and the place comfortably fit a family of five. The customer service was also excellent. Any questions I had from before check in to check out were answered promptly by the team and Belinda from the team was especially kind and patient. Although the location was a little far from the Puerto de la Cruz city centre, since we live right next to the Mercadona, it wasn't that bad as it was so convenient to purchase groceries, snacks, toiletries etc. Being located on a hill also meant that you have great views from the apartment building top floor.

  Liked: Home Sweet Home... An excellent apartment located in a unique authentic town with a beautiful coastline, several beaches, a botanical garden, many good restaurants and sights. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, beautiful, well equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. The view from the window is fantastic. There is a parking place in the underground parking area. The territory of the residential complex is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. We are happy to have found this magical place! We will definitely return to this cozy house! Thanks for all the team that have done a great job to offer high quality dwelling service and being so friendly and caring!

  perfect location to visit many places

  Liked: we found all the necessary to prepare our breakfast, in the kitchen you can find all you need better than at your home there is a good view on the swimming pool and a large terrace where you can enjoy your day/evening

  Disliked: all was perfect and the apartment and well equipped, three bedroom and two bathroom, the lift and the garage were the top to help my parents to easily reach the apartmnet. hope to come again in the near future in the same apartment
