  Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay

  Liked: Wonderful staff in particular the multi talented very energetic Erica. Beautiful gardens and views. Lucky enough to have had a free upgrade to a suite on arrival. Good selection of food and loved the themed evening meals. Free shuttle service during daytime hours to the front which we used to familiarise ourselves with the surroudings

  Disliked: I would still rate the hotel as exceeding our expectations but just some feedback around the entertainment. We felt given the different range of age groups the evening entertainment could have been a bit more varied from just an organist, saxophonist etc Also as an agency please provide more information when booking tours as unfortunately in my particular case we weren't directed to the tour organisers website for the Teide cable car and the staff there felt my particular walking shoes were not practical and they cancelled my prepaid ticket which I did not get a refund for sadly.

  Big comfortable rooms wants extra pay for some

  Liked: Well maintained hotel, beautiful garden. Clean, big room with a balcony.

  Disliked: The parking needs extra 8 Euro pay per night which we didn't know. For a cattle in the room need an extra pay. Vegan options in the breakfast bufe is nice but the extra vegan from a menu wasn't so good.

  Liked: There is nothing to dislike. A plus is the free bus to town. Adequate parking bookable.

  Delicious fresh breakfast overlooking pool

  Liked: Loved this hotel. Great breakfast overlooking the pool. Nice staff and reception too. Will stay again soon.

  Great hotel if after relaxation

  Liked: Very quiet resort and rather full of the older generation. Entertainment try, but are catered for the more aging community. The harp man was really epic. Lots of the couples started dancing inn the evening - which was lovely. The staff cant do enough for you and big shout out to Jessica and Neidy (from Cuba) who were often on the Pool bar. The animation lady (didnt get name) who got me addicted to some shuffle board game near the pool. Also the lovely Beatrice with the radiant red hair on the main bar who did a mean cocktail. Id love to be brave and dye my hair like that!! If you want to go on holiday, relax, not fight for a sunlounger, this is the place to go. I didnt use the free shuttle bus, as tried to walk off some of the beer and food calories. The room was lovely. Bathroom sizable Bed comfy, although two signles pushed together. Overall a lovely hotel and great staff. Whilst here go to the Loros Parque. There is a choo choo train vehicle that tskes you there for free. Its down the hill near the McDonalds. Take drinks and comfy shoes. The shows are amazing.
