Wonderful view of the ocean and mountains. Nice modern apartment. Close to shops and restaurants
Nice apartment but some issues need addressing
Liked: Nice modern apartment in a good location and views across to the sea and mountains. Spotlessly clean and whole area around the apartments well kept. Nice touch is recycling bins provided though not all guests used them correctly! Jose very helpful and accessing the accomodation was easy. Cleaning staff very pleasant and often around. We had a linen change and clean halfway through our stay.
Disliked: Main issue was the hot water for the shower - there was a regular drop in both pressure and temperature, in fact it sometimes ran cold. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, particularly if the window was closed. Real shame because everything else was really nice and i would have given a higher rating without these issues.
Liked: The view, the size, more towels, equipment to wash dishes and swipe the floor, laundry machine
Hot water and heat were huge pluses in Feb. Fantastic views. Great location for hikers
very nice apartment in a beautiful location
Liked: very nice and large apartment with a wonderful rooftop seating area with a beautiful view. TV received films in German and English and kitchen was set up well. Host left us a nice welcome package with wine and snacks. Host also got in contact with us well in advance and gave us clear detailed instructions on how to find the apartment. Free washing machine on site was a big plus
Disliked: Water sometimes took long to get hot but overall nothing to complain about
Nice clean and practical
Liked: The location is convenient, parking was good, host was nice and responsive. Apartment has all the amenities and all of them nice clean and easy to use.
Disliked: The metal staircase near my bedroom window was noisy as well as an intrusion of privacy. We would advise dismantling it and using the regular steps on the other side of the building. A hot tub would be nicer and more useful then the very cold mini pool. Recommend taking only apartments on 2 nd floor due to the obstructed view on the bottom floor. Also Perhaps if given apartment 4 it would be a 9 rating. Also as mentioned before, the rooster before dawn was a problem. Construction morning works made us breathe too much dust.
