Exceptional
If You are desparate, it is ok to stay there, for such high money. But it is not worth the price
Liked: There are walls, roof, windows and door. Location are not far from Los Llanos center. Rooms were clean. And the staff which occasionally appears, sometimes in morning for 30 minutes at banana farm yard were nice and polite, even they do not speak English at all.
Disliked: They don't emphasize that it is actually a five-apartment complex. This creates the misleading impression that it is an apartment with its own private pool. However, in reality, some of the five apartments has windows that open onto the inside of a banana greenhouse, where farmers work during the day. There has been a recent renovation, which I would not criticize a lot, but the most important thing for me is the ventilation. There is a very strong smell of mold under the sink. To solve this, air fresheners have been installed in each room... To get to the pool, you have to go outside the complex and through the banana farm gate to the banana farm driveway, where there is a pool in one corner. There is no hanger or anything else to put clothes there. On weekdays, the yard is staffed by farm workers. The apartment manager did not answer phone calls, at all. Nor did he answer SMS messages, even if they were written in Spanish. Upon arrival, there was no note indicating which apartment was intended for visitors.
A nice stay at the banana plantation
Liked: This apartment is located in a banana plantation, we loved the fact that it was very comfortable for a family of 6 people and it was clean and nice. The staff was super responsive and very helpful. The kids loved the jacuzzi and the pool!
Disliked: The common space was a bit cold, only the bedrooms had air conditioning. There’s a need for a bit more items in the kitchen like a salad bowl and some cluttry. For us the location was ok but you should know it’s not in the center of town, it’s pretty isolated.
New and well-equiped, but very humid
Liked: The apartments are brand new, well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, smart TVs, and air conditioning, and they are well-maintained. Above the building, there's a charming terrace on the ceiling offering a stunning sea view. Although the location is somewhat secluded among greenhouses, if you have a car, you'll reach Los Llanos town in just 5 minutes.
Disliked: There is an enormous amount of humidity inside the flats, partly because some of the windows overlook the interior of a banana greenhouse. Even our unused clothes became damp, and the towels never quite dried. Also, our beds were not comfortable for 2 medium-sized people.

Liked: Spacious, clean and great hostess!
Disliked: Location difficult to find. Cannot be reached without a car. Swimming pool in the parking area.
