  Liked: Facilities are amazing, and even the smallest detail is taken care of. The house decoration is lovely and well maintained, not only in the rooms but also in the common areas like kitchen, patio and library. Very well located in the town's centre and easy to park nearby. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Next time I'm back to La Palma I'm definitely staying there again, and hopefully for a longer time.

  Disliked: Not having more holidays to stay longer!

  A very stylish staying in the middle of El Paso

  Liked: The decoration. Whoever made it, definitely knew what they were doing. Everything was clean, the kitchen is marvellous, and I felt like a baroness in the room. I also enjoyed the private pool to cool down, and noticed the cute dogs on the way. It took me a while to figure out the key hanging on the wall but the staff helped me. I couldn’t listen to any noise from the streets, and the location is perfect to access many of the trails around.

  Disliked: I didn’t notice any signs to warn guests to keep it quiet after 22h - but maybe they exist and I just didn’t notice. Not sure if it’s cultural but there was a couple next to my room who felt entitled to speak loudly in the kitchen and then play music in their room until 1 AM. I wasn’t necessarily sleepy, just felt it was extremely disrespectful. Maybe some signs would raise awareness too.

  Fine for a night or two, wouldn’t reccomend

  Liked: It was in a great location, close to the tour group centre as well as a very clean kitchen and two very lovely dogs who are always happy to see you.

  Disliked: We met a cockroach in our bathroom which made us very uncomfortable, the doors are loud and creaky and it was sad to learn the dogs live outside in poor conditions, lots of faeces in the little garden they were kept in and one of the dogs had large mats in their fur which made us very upset. You don’t interact with any staff which could be positive or negative. The pool was not maintained and very dirty. But we understand it was very cheap.
