Fabulous
Great choice, recommended
Liked: Amazing location, basically on the central street, about 100 m from the seaside promenade. Clean, comfy, renovated rooms. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was also great with quality ingredients and chill ambience.
Disliked: Soundproofing between rooms could be better, but after all it's a traditional building
Liked: Clean, cosy and in a very good location.
Disliked: It would be helpful to have a parking space to park near the hotel but you can find parking space 5 minutes away from it.
Perfect staying nearby the beach and old town
Liked: The location is very convenient, I came by public transport. The staff is very attentive, including the lady at the breakfast who memorised my coffee preferences. I also enjoyed the mixture between typical style and modern convenience, like the mirror. I didn’t have problems with noise, despite having a window to the street and keeping it open at night - the breeze from the sea comes in. But it might be because I’m a heavy sleeper. The other guests who went to breakfast and forgot their alarms/phone in the room were much more of a nuisance.
Disliked: There are some quick wins regarding the maintenance. In my case: a single clothes hanger and the toiletries holder in the bathroom. Fixing small things gives off a good impression. The safe also didn’t work but might have been my card and I didn’t bother to change.
Amazing choice for the center of town, very comfy
Liked: Right in the centre of the historical town, lovely place.
Disliked: A little bit of noise from the nearby street, nothing too much though, normal for a city center. Parking is not easy, but that's all over the capital. There are paid options close by.
Pleasant stay
Liked: Comfortable room. Good location in Santa Cruz. 150m from sea, close to cafes and restaurants. Good aircon. Recommended.
Disliked: Confused about location. Checkin was on Av Maritima but my room was two streets away on Calle Garachico. Not really a problem once checked in.
Great stay for a solo traveler, a simple room with all the required amenities
Liked: The location was very nice, easy walk down to get coffee or dinner. It wasn't loud in the evenings aside from people eating dinner done the street. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated. The bathroom was compact, but offered everything you need.
Disliked: There wasn't much of anything I didn't like. The shower could have been a bit bigger, but there's not much to be done about that.
