Exceptional
Beautiful hotel with helpful staff
Liked: Lovely room and gardens, beautiful pool area, friendly and helpful staff. Also enjoyed the Occitane products in the bathroom.
Disliked: Bar closes at 6.30pm and it was difficult to get a drink beside the pool. No food available other than the half board menu which we tired of quickly so cancelled for the second half of the week.
Hidden jewel
Liked: We found this place by chance, and felt in love immediately. Hotel is very calm, relaxing. There are some points to improve, for example breakfast service, which is not bad but neither outstanding. We had once dinner, and this was ok, but here again, nothing one remembers.
Characterful hotel in beautiful sub tropical gardens
Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The hotel is beautiful - full of interesting individual touches and furnished with antiques and eclectic paintings. Comfy beds, immaculate housekeeping, good air conditioning, L’Occitane bath products. The tropical gardens are gorgeous and create a lot of privacy and atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, especially as there was a heatwave while we were here so we did more swimming and less hiking than originally planned! Tazacorte is a lovely town with real character and lots of great places to eat within walking distance. And the staff are fabulous - friendly, great attention to detail and we truly felt like welcome guests not customers. Jose and Sarah on reception and Nelson at breakfast were particularly special. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
A characterful hotel set in beautiful subtropical gardens

Wonderful lunch experience
Liked: We went to the restaurant for lunch and it was undoubtedly one of the best degustation menu offered anywhere on the island. the place is beautiful and our attendant, Daniel, was pleasant and incredibly helpful. thank you!
