Exceptional
A cosy, welcoming hotel in a charming street but just be aware of steep streets in Santa Cruz
Liked: A lovely room in this well-organised and friendly quaint hotel. Totally different from the “industrial” tourist hotels with over a thousand beds. The outdoor areas were delightful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I’m no longer young and I had not appreciated the effort required to walk up the steep cobbled streets. I used taxis all the time which proved to be efficient and not expensive, and the added benefit was that I saw parts of Santa Cruz that I never would normally have seen.
Excellent location but some may find difficult due to hills and steps. Lovely hotel
Liked: Great location only 5 minutes walk from main area of town. Hotel owner was really good. Room was really good, comfortable and clean.

Liked: Quiet hotel in the middle of santa cruz. Beautiful rooms with confi bed, shower and attention to all details. Good breakfast and kind service. Definitely a 10/10

Disliked: No outlook from the room Just a road running past the window and a wall on the other side Small television and only one BBC programme found but that is not a fault of the Hotel but something to do with the Area itself In a few places other rails would help old people like me!!! No swimming pool of course but that was understandable

Liked: lovely building - beautiful decor and balcony. Great breakfast. Fab location.
Disliked: Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. It was available in reception though.
