  Good stay

Liked: Spacious and very clean apartment. Nice decor. Two balconies, one good for sunny breakfast with sea view. The other good for afternoon sun and mountain views.

Disliked: Bad sleep quality: Noisy upstairs neighbors getting up every morning at 5 am. Traffic noise from street. Dog barking all the time from apartment upstairs balcony to the left. Steep walking up and down from town, not a problem for us but for older/unfit people it would be.

  Spacious apartment with beautiful views

Liked: Beautifully renovated. Excellent shower. Great to have washing machine. Plenty of space. Loved the views over Santa Cruz and the sea. Could watch the cruise ships coming and going. Smaller balcony on side was great for catching later afternoon sun. Angeles was pleasant to deal with and responsive to queries although we did not meet him.

Disliked: No protected parking. We didn’t move our car once we had parked it as didn’t want to lose our space. Buses from the town were good though. We would have liked an electric kettle. You do need to be fairly fit to make the most of the apartment. It is close to the town but via steep cobbled roads. And the flat is on the second floor and there is no lift.
