Exceptional
Amazing view of the ocean. Comfortable stay. Nice spot for stargazing
Liked: Very isolated, amazing view on the ocean, very big and nice terrace
Disliked: We were unlucky with cold weather and the house was a bit cold
The best choice
Liked: 1. The view from the terrace is exceptional. 2. The beds are very comfortable. 3. The kitchen is fully equipped. 4. The terrace offers several options: covered area, sunbathing area, sun loungers, dining in the sun, dining in the shade, a bench from which you can admire the ocean. 5. The owner, although we did not meet him, is very helpful. He sent us a whole list of places to see, restaurants in the area where we could eat if we wanted, plus other useful information, and he always wanted to make sure that we felt good and that we had everything we needed. And this did not happen on the last day, but from the first day. I would give 6 stars, but booking does not have this option.
Disliked: I didn't like the 40-50 meters between the parking space and the house. Quite a steep slope, typical of La Palma. But I will make two observations here: 1. Obviously it's not the owner's fault. 2. I'm lazy. Very lazy. And to clarify the situation, yes, I would return to this house without any doubts. The effort of the 40-50 meters is immediately forgotten as soon as I set foot on the terrace.
Best terrace for outdoor dining and a cozy house
Liked: The house has a huge terrace with a sea view, which is perfect for outdoor dinners with the family. The interior was thoughtful and the kitchen offered everything we needed, even a washing machine. While you do need a car to get to the house, it is only about a 5 min drive to the closest village which has supermarkets and restaurants and about 15min to get to the lighthouse and the beach. It felt very cozy and is also a great option for bigger groups.
Disliked: Since we had some issues with mosquitoes in the house, adding some nets to the windows would make the house even better!
Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful casa. Very well equipped, it has everything you need. The best part is the huge terrace with a stunning view on the ocean and the islands of Tenerife, La Gomera and El Hierro.The location is perfect to explore south part of the island. We loved it.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.
