  Great base for exploring the town and surroundings

  Liked: Location was great, apartment was big with everything you needed. Great communications with the host.

  Disliked: The settee could do with changing a it was uncomfortable. Nothing major.

  Lack of AirCondition made out staying less comfortable

  Liked: Location is in the port. Santa crus is not big city but location is central. Apartment is new, wide and nice ecquipted.Kitchen big and spacy.

  Disliked: Temperature in apartmant is high. Due to the high humidity without aircondition it is not pleasat inside. And apartment does not have it. It should be installed as the temperature even in september is high inside of it. Water pressure was low in night times. WiFi is not stable, it is constantly going off so who needs it - it should be noted too.

  excellent choice for our need

  Liked: perfect location, very handy for us having an early ferry departure in the morning. Key colleciton instructions by the host were super clear and easy

  Exceptional

  Liked: A wonderful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean. The check-in process was very fast and convenient. We paid in advance so as not to waste time upon arrival. The kitchen has almost everything you need. There are frying pans, pots, an oven, a kettle, an electric stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and much more. The only things missing are small things like salt and pepper. There are certain problems with the pressure in the shower, but this is perhaps the only drawback. In February, the apartment is not hot, especially if you close the curtains from the sun during the day. It was very pleasing that there were always free parking spaces near the house. The old town is very close on foot.

  Passable

  Liked: The flat is good located. It's was clean and well equiped. We always found parking place near entrance of building time during our stay. Met our expectations in terms above. A lot of people said that it was hot in the flat, well in January it wasn't.

  Disliked: The only minus, but important for us was acoustics of building. It was easy to hear people talking/doing something in other flats. During rain the water dropped on the ceiling of patio (next to bedroom) making it unsleepable because of noise. Sewage pipes are looooud. You hear everyone above taking a shower, flushing the toilet or whatever. I found it very common on Canary Islands unfortunately.
