  Modern clean apartment but needs a heater for colder evenings

  Liked: The owner waited for us to arrive from the late ferry, 22.30 at night. Nice clean and modern apartment.

  Disliked: The patio floor gets wet when it rains. There is no heating, not even a small movable one and it was cold (March). There are a lot of throws to use though.

  Great place

  Liked: Stayed here over New Year - it was a clean, quiet and comfortable flat for the two of us. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine/dryer available too. The location is uphill from the main town, but there is a free lift that operates during the day and useful if you have heavy bags (check running hours). Otherwise if of any reasonable health the walk is fine!

  Liked: Very good location. Close to the port, old center and beach. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, they think of all the details. The owner is helpful, good communication. I highly recommend this accommodation.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Very good location, easy access from the city centre either a Ferry port. Great and easy communication with the owner. All facilities are prapared with new conditions. I wish I could stay more days while I was in santa cruz. I'll definitely book again when back. Thank you very much.
