  Great for a family getaway

  OK, but a lot of annoying flaws

  Liked: The apartment is in the heart of town, close to everything. Easy access, with an elevator. Well-equipped (dishwashing liquid was missing). Comfortable for a short stay in the evenings. A lot of coffees and restaurants nearby, a market at the same street.

  Disliked: Parking requires some effort, searching for a space on the surrounding streets. The door handle on our apartment's front door didn't work (it couldn't be opened from the inside without a key). The shower stall leaked due to poor drainage, causing water to accumulate and fill the shower tray. Furthermore, most of the water came out through the hose, not the shower head. It's good that there's a bucket and mop on site... The owner was responding quickly and promised to send repairmen, but I leave my things there when I go out...

  Great accommodation, annoying management

  Liked: The apartment was clean and well located. The furniture was modern. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious. There's a small fridge with a freezer. The check-in on site was smooth.

  Disliked: The online check in process was tedious. The website they use works poorly, I tried to pay multiple times for a pet using Google pay and it wouldn't work. I paid by card and some time later I received a call from support that it hadn't gone through, although I had already been charged on my account. Having to pay a deposit of 150€ after you've already paid 100€ for a night it's unpleasant. Check-in at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00 is ridiculous. You have to read a book of rules to make sure no money is taken from your deposit. The support was too chatty for my taste, asking me to report when I arrived to the accommodation and to report when I left.

  Comfortable and central

  Liked: Central lovely and light good size well equipped

  Disliked: The large bed was two singles pushed together but made up as singles - awkward. There is no kettle. The parking is just a piece of wasteland but there are gates to close it off at night
